The InjectAbility® Institute provides scientific and creative education as well as mentorship in aesthetics. The InjectAbility® Institute founder and author of our curriculum, Leslie Fletcher, MSN, RN, NP-BC is an influential thought leader in the aesthetics community. She holds the only medical patent for a dermal filler technique ever to be granted in the United States, the ArqueDerma® Artistic Restoration Lift.
Passionate about education, Fletcher has been crucial in spearheading more in depth educational possibilities for aesthetic professionals. She is on faculty as a trainer for several pharmaceutical companies, such as Allergan and is on the contributing editorial board for the UK's premier Medical Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. In 2019 by the Global Aesthetic Awards company "My Face My Body" Fletcher was voted best aesthetic nurse in the US, and her clinic was named the Best Medical Spa in the World.
