For several years, Leslie Fletcher, NP-BC researched and curated these evidenced-based documents. Leslie is one of only 7 complication consultants contracted with Allergan’s Medical Science Liaisons. Additionally she serves as an expert witness for malpractice cases in the US. She uses these experiences to constantly improves upon these treatment protocols and consent forms.

We have engaged several attorneys as well as a nationally recognized medical aesthetic compliance officer to review each form before its release. Most recently, the SOP’s passed the high standards of California’s Board of Nursing with flying colors. These forms are valid for any medical provider to review, adjust and sign. Included in the package are references to support the protocols, and step-by-step guides to performing various procedures including diagrams and schematics. They have been professionally formatted for the Medical Director to approve and sign for immediate implementation.

With these SOP’s your practice will be doing its due diligence in regards to allowing providers the ability to work under delegation and within their scope of practice.
