Unique Lab Coats Designed Specifically for an Aesthetic Practitioner
Why Wear a Lab Coat?
We know you will love the couture, personalized look and feel of these lab coats. In an article published in 2015 (DOI: 10.15621/ ijphy/2015/v2i5/78219), patients were asked if they were more confident and comfortable in their provider’s appearance when they wore a white coat over professional or casual dress. Results were overwhelmingly in
support of white coats! 91.1% stated they were more comfortable and 89.0% stated they were more confident with their provider dressed in a white coat.
A Note from the Designer
Hippocrates suggested that physicians (practitioners) should aim to “dress decorous and simple, not overelaborated, but aiming rather at good repute.” I believe the InjectAbility lab coats cover all Hippocrates’ requests and add a figure flattering flare to them that is perfect for the aesthetic practitioner.
It’s no secret that the field of aesthetic medicine is in need of a hefty dose of professionalism. Some patients perceive our field as non-medical, and therefore
easily decide to take control during the consultation process. There are many things we can do to reclaim the profession’s image, but one simple way is to embrace professional dress. Multiple studies conducted throughout time in all countries prove that wearing a white lab coat commands instant respect, confidence and trust from prospective patients, yet the majority of aesthetic practitioners don’t wear them.
I find myself teaching in about 200 different offices a year, as the number one educator for the largest aesthetic pharmaceutical company in America. I am hired for business consulting as well as aesthetic injectable training. One thing I observe consistently is the lack of credentialing or titles embroidered on scrubs, and definitely an absence of lab coats. In my observation, less than 1% of aesthetic providers wear lab coats routinely. These same offices confide in me that they feel their patients don’t respect their medical judgement. Their dosing recommendations aren’t being taken seriously. They also struggle with confidence during these patient encounters. Meanwhile, they are dressed in unmarked scrubs, or street clothes which reflects exactly what the receptionist, or medical assistant is wearing. When asked why they don’t “level up” their credentials with a lab coat, they communicate to me that they have tried to wear a lab coat, but the coats are “too hot,” “too stiff,” or “not figure flattering.”
I can assure you the InjectAbility® designer lab coat will be none of those things! As a former clothing designer turned aesthetic injector, I know the need to feel stylish along with the ability to work with my arms and hands without feeling restraint; all the while commanding respect. I created a coat that I felt fit all my needs. In search for fabric, I had to find a cool, drapey style that was stain resistant. The element of the contrast piping highlights all the right areas, bringing customization of your brand as an option. As I went around the country training I would get many requests asking where I got my lab coat. So I decided to have them made for you to enjoy. I know you will love them as much as my team and our patients do! Leslie Fletcher, NP-BC

from 13 reviewsI recently completed the ArqueDerma training course, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The curriculum was not only comprehensive and evidence-based but also incredibly well-structured for both beginners and those looking to refine their skills.
What truly set this training apart was the hands-on experience and the expertise knowledge of Ms. Leslie Fletcher, she approachable, and deeply committed to ensuring every participant left with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, injection techniques, and safety.
Whether you’re new to aesthetics or expanding your current practice, this training is a must. It’s an investment that truly pays off in knowledge, skill, and patient satisfaction.
Having worked in this industry for over a decade, it’s not often I think trainings are worth the cost. THIS is the exception. Leslie teaches things nobody has even heard of, and they are immediately useable in your practice. She gives you the confidence you need to make your investment back and then some! She also gives you ideas on business and how to improve your practice. Can’t recommend highly enough!
“75 Obscure Uses of Tox with Leslie Fletcher” exceeded all expectations! Leslie is an absolutely phenomenal instructor—her expertise, clarity, and passion for teaching shine through every moment of the course. She doesn’t just teach techniques; she backs everything with evidence based research, clinical insight, and real-world application.
This class opened my eyes to so many advanced, lesser-known uses of neurotoxin that I can immediately integrate into my practice. Leslie’s delivery is both engaging and incredibly informative, making complex concepts easy to grasp and apply.
If you’re looking to elevate your skills and stay ahead in the aesthetic field, this course is a game-changer. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about offering innovative, evidence-based care to their patients.
Hi Just received the coat and it fits perfectly. The fabric is the best and will wash and dry beautifully without the need for ironing. Looks cute and feminine but professional. Just love it.
This class is very informative, and worth every penny, Leslie is an excellent teacher. I started implementing the techniques learned immediately into my practice. I highly recommend this course!
You learn about off label uses in a safe and evidence based manner. I highly recommend this course to clinicians looking to bring their skill set to the next level, and I can’t wait to implement these skills into practice.
Honestly opening up a new med spa is A LOT of work! The last thing I wanted to stress about was my SOPs. I handed these over to review to my attorney and they passed with flying colors he even asked where I got them as they were so easy to follow and read. 10/10 recommend!
